  • Arrive Paro airport by Druk Air, our tour representative will receive you at the airport and assist you in hotel check-in and other formalities in Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Settle down in the hotel and relax for some time. For rest of the day, you can visit nearby places or roam around in the market. Stay overnight at the hotel in Thimphu.

    Day 1

  • Post breakfast, you’ll be leaving for continuing your journey to a city tour which includes National Library where you’ll be getting a vast collection of Buddhist manuscripts- anyone who wants to visit Bhutan to explore Buddhism, here is the best place for you. Further, you can visit Painting School, known for its tango paintings, the Traditional Medicine Institute, the Textile and Folk Heritage Museum, the Memorial Chorten, built in the memory of Bhutan’s third king, Tashichhodzong and Handicrafts Emporium. Stay overnight at the hotel in Thimphu.

    Day 2

  • After breakfast, next destination will be Trongsa which is 6 hours away from Thimphu. Take road journey and on the way, you can visit Gangkhar Puensum, the highest peak in Bhutan at 7,497. Later you can visit Wangduephodrang for having lunch and further proceed towards Trongsa. After reaching have dinner and check into the lodge for overnight.

    Day 3

  • After breakfast, you can visit Trongsa Dzong, built by Shabdrung in 1647. Further, you can visit Watch Tower dedicated to King Gesar of Ling, its gorgeous place to visit. Then drive to Bumthang, which will be around 3 hours away. After traveling further for 29 Kilometers you’ll be reaching for Yutong La pass. Upon reaching there check in at the lodge. After lunch, visit Kurje Lhakhang where the saint Padmasambhava that controlled a local devil and left his body mark on a rock.

    Day 4

  • From current location travel further to Punakha which is 6 hours away. After breakfast, explore the valley of Bumthang with such great natural beauty. Bhutan is covered with the Himalayas from all around that make this place beauty with a mountain at every place. Further, proceed to Trongsa for lunch at nearby restaurant. Further, drive to Punakha and check into a hotel for overnight stay.

    Day 5

  • Your next destination will be Paro which will be 4 hours 30 minutes away from Punakha. Before leaving you can visit a massive complex nearby which is built at the confluence of two rivers. After lunch proceeds toward Paro where you can visit traditional Bhutanese Farm House on the way.     Day 6

  • Post breakfast, start with full sightseeing with city tour which includes Ta Dzong, the watchtower for the Paro Dzong. After lunch, hit the road to Drukgyel Dzong, a monument built in 1647 as a symbol of victory of Bhutan’s over Tibetan. On the way, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the sacred shrines in Bhutan. Stay overnight at the hotel in Paro.
